Return Period: You can request a return within 30 days of purchase.
Product Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for returns:
Hygiene products (such as tents, sleeping bags, etc.) that have been opened. - Return Procedure
Please contact Customer Service via email to request a return authorization.
Customer Service will provide you with a return address and detailed instructions.
Send the returned item along with your order confirmation to the address specified above. Please retain your proof of mailing for future inquiries. - Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and verify that all return conditions are met, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used.
Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment processor. - Shipping Costs
In general, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
